Return and Refund Policy


 

RETURN POLICY

You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund.  We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us.  We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.  The return request should be made within 24 hours of the product delivery.
 
For International Orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products.

 

1.We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us with 24 hours of delivery with video recoding before opening the product. You can email us at  info@tattvadesigns.in with the order no. or can Whatsapp at +91 93222 50003

2. For Return(damage products) We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new one.

 

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewellery does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us.
